Registration Details
Western European Summer Time (GMT+1)
Authors of accepted papers must register before: July 31, 2025.
Early Registration Deadline (non-authors): August 15, 2025.
Late Registration Deadline (non-authors): September 21, 2025.
Note that the Full Registration fees include participation in the technical sessions, proceedings (electronic version), lunches, coffee breaks and banquet. Additional tickets for the banquet could be purchased during registration.

Conditions
- Each paper in the proceedings must have a non-student full conference registration;
- IEEE enforces a “no show” policy, and only papers that are presented by an author at the conference will be submitted for inclusion in the digital libraries.

Cancellation Policy
Once tickets are issued, they can not be replaced or refunded.
Exceptions to this rule might be made by reason of force majeure, or due to extraordinary circumstances, which will be personally reviewed by José Orlando Pereira.
Registration fees may be refunded as follows:
- Before September 15, 2025: 75% Refund.
- After September 15, 2025: No Refund.
No refunds will be granted in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the lecture room or any other incidents during the meeting, which are beyond the control of the meeting organisers.
