If you’re attending our conference and require a visa to travel, we are happy to provide you with an official Visa Invitation Letter.
If you need an invitation letter, please feel free to contact our General Chair Silvia Bonomi. Please include the following information(s) in your email:
- Registration number
- Name
- Job title/position
- Date of birth
- Passport ID
- Country
- Affiliation
- The paper title, if you have an accepted paper
